1. The grounding wire must be installed when installing the kraft paper printing machine, and the ink circulation pump should also be grounded, which can effectively reduce the occurrence of static electricity.

2. Control the environmental hygiene of the workshop, keep it clean, reduce dust, and workers should wear anti-static clothes when working.

3. Control the temperature and dry humidity of the workshop. It is recommended that the workshop temperature be controlled at a standard temperature of 18℃-25℃, and the humidity should be between 55%-75%. After the workshop is dry, you can use water spraying or mopping to increase the humidity.

4. Install static eliminators on the colored parts of the printing kraft paper tape printing machine. High-end printing presses are equipped with static eliminators, and those that have not been installed should be purchased and installed by themselves.

5. Kraft paper printers should prepare their own antistatic agents. If they encounter serious static electricity, they should add them to the ink to eliminate static electricity.

6. The phenomenon of burrs and omissions should increase the working viscosity of the printing ink, and use slower thinner to reduce the machine speed.

Precautions for custom printed kraft paper tape:

The external dimensions of the sticker will change with changes in ambient temperature, humidity and other conditions. The size of the deformation mainly depends on the material of the release paper and the base material of the film. Silicone oil paper deforms the most when it is damp, and the increase or decrease may reach 0.1-0.2mm. Therefore, sufficient clearance value should be left in the design.

Generally, the unidirectional gap can be 0.2-0.3mm. If PET film is used as release paper, the deformation will be minimal. It is recommended to use PET release paper for double-sided tape with precise and complex shapes.
